Confirm or Modify Registration for Computer-Based Testing
Refer to the following information if you need assistance in confirming or modifying your CBT registration.
If you have registered but have not yet scheduled your test appointment . . .
To confirm your registration status log in to your account or call Evaluation Systems at (800) 262-5080 or (916) 928-4001 if you have not received a registration confirmation or your Authorization to Test email within three business days of submitting your registration or if you have lost your Authorization to Test.

To withdraw your registration and receive a full refund, complete and submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form for Computer-Based Testing. Forms are available on this website; see "Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF)."
If you have already scheduled your test appointment . . .
- confirm your test appointment.
- change your test date, test center, or testing time free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled testing time.
- cancel your test appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled testing time. If you wish to withdraw your registration completely after canceling your test appointment, complete and submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form for Computer-Based Testing. Forms are available on this website; see "Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF)." If you cancelled your test appointment by 24 hours before your scheduled testing time, you will receive a full refund of testing fees.
