What's New in 2011–2012?

Year-Round Computer-Based Testing Now Available

Beginning August 6, 2011, the CBEST will be available for computer-based testing by appointment, year-round, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays), on a first-come, first-served basis. Computer-based testing will be offered at numerous test centers in California and over 225 test centers nationwide.

A video and photo tour of the computer-based testing experience and a computer-based testing tutorial preview are available on the CBEST Web site (see "Tutorials for Computer-Based Testing").

Registration for year-round, by-appointment, computer-based testing is now available on the Internet by selecting "Register Now" on the CBEST Web site. You should try to register as early as possible before your desired test date as seating is limited.
